All I remember is peeling the outer layer of skin off my upper lip, like a deep sunburn, but coming off in one piece. I think I'm looking in the mirror, peeling it off from one side, thinking only a tiny bit will come off, but it surprises me by peeling all the way across in a strip about quarter inch wide, and looking really strange.
