I seem to be on an airplane (but as with most airplanes in my dreams, it is a large open room inside), and I'm having a migraine. The visual impairment forms a very clear circle in my field of view. Something has fallen on the floor, and I can't see well enough to find it. I feel awkward about asking help from someone, though they are gracious about helping me.
