Disappointing Totem StorefritzJun 4, 2009

I'm traveling with someone, looking for a certain store. We get off the bus at this little strip-mall with several tiny stores. I barely recognize it, because I imagined the store to be a big emporium, but it's just a little shop. The other stores around it are the expected ones, so I'm sure it's the right one.

It's supposed to have interesting pieces, like modern productions of ancient black artifacts, carved faces like totems or Easter Island faces, and there are many in the window. I go inside to check it out.

Inside, there is nothing interesting. There is a rack of jeans, and among them are some green corduroy Levi's that I consider buying, since I don't have any like that. But the price is $28, which I think is the same price I can get them anywhere, and they're not that special, for souvenirs.
