I've been given five large bunches of bananas - the whole thing off the banana tree, as tall as a person, with hundreds of bananas in each bunch. I don't know what to do with them, it's just too many bananas to use before they start rotting. But I've been busy, seems I've already had them for two days and still haven't figured out what to do. How do you preserve bananas? I think the freezer would ruin them, if I could even find enough freezer space. I think I'll have to give them to my mom, if she even wants them.
