Camping, Rock Breaking, Discussing Injuries, EtcfritzAug 25, 2009

I'm camping with a group of people. We're trying to find a good place to camp, but every place is covered with huge rocks. So we start breaking the rocks, by bashing them together and hitting them with things, hoping to make a smooth gravel surface. They are very crumbly rocks, and rather easy to break. We start with a huge pile, and keep breaking them smaller, but I wonder if we should be doing this due to damage to the environment. We end up reducing a pile the size of several cars down to a pile the size of a campfire, and I'm surprised how much they compressed.

Another scene, I've come to my parents' house in what appears to be my old Festiva, and I'm unpacking to set up my classic blue tent, which I'm going to put somewhere up by the tire swing. As I'm pulling the tent bag and sleeping bag out of the car, it begins to pour down rain. I'm sure my tent will keep the rain off, but if I get all wet, how will I keep it out of the tent? I'm not sure. I consider just sleeping on the couch in the house, but that doesn't seem so fun.

Then I'm visiting with my family at their house. As we're walking in, mom says something about whether you can see someone's ribs, like she likes it when you see someone's chest and you can see their ribs, and asks me to lift up my shirt. I lift it up, and indeed you can see my ribs. We go inside, and Dennie asks me how I've been, and I say that my ribs are all healed up, but I've injured my neck. As I say the part about the neck, somebody else speaks and nobody hears me. Then Aunt Bonnie asks me to verify that I am available a certain week for grandma, and I say sure, yes, as long as two of the days are on a weekend (reminiscent of the planning I'm doing in real life for a Jet Blue vacation). She says she sure wishes we could have a whole extra week.

In another scene, I'm giving some treats to my pets, and Muezza is eating dog treats. At first I think I should stop her, being dog treats not cat treats, but then I figure what the heck they're cheaper anyway, so if she likes them she should be encouraged.
