I'm in a room full of people, as though at a bar or restaurant. It is a political gathering, full off opposing partisans. One man seems to have been nominated for an office, and he stands up amid cheers, moving across the room to a different chair. He yells out, typical of a sloganeering politician, how we "don't need another rubber-stamper in office", which is to me an obviously shallow attack on his opponent.

Through the cheers and noise I burst out in frustration "There are no rubber stampers!", and the uproar gets louder, with some people cheering me and even more howling in objection.
