You Know, That One Hotel | | fritz | Dec 28, 2009 | I'm on a sidewalk New Jersey, among a crowd of people, looking for a cab to take me to my hotel in Manhattan. I try to hail a cab, but none stop. A girl asks me where I'm headed, apparently to arrange the transportation for me, and I don't want her to, but anyway I can't remember the name of the hotel. I guess I thought that the cabbie would just know it - the biggest, fanciest hotel in downtown, just across from New Jersey.
I explain the hotel, and all the fancy features it has, that I can't possibly afford. Apparently I have a very basic room that doesn't allow access to the good stuff. But I need to figure out the name of the hotel before I can go there. | Next: Moving Far Away Home |
