I shouldn't have suffered through this low-budget 1993 attempt at "film noir". The acting and dialog were terrible, and the plot never came to anything. The best it had going for it was a kind of Twilight Zone overnarrated feel that kept my hopes up that a brain twist was just around the corner. It wasn't. |
