A Foreign FilmfritzOct 28, 2008

I'm crossed a border into another country, carrying nothing. I present my driver's license and passport, and they take them away somewhere to scan them. When they return them, whatever they did caused my license to fade almost to the point of unreadability, and it annoys me.

I am then in a movie theater, as though at the snack counter. The girl at the counter, an American girl that I apparently knew at some point, presents me with a clipboard and a form to fill out. I object, stating that I don't have time for it, I just came for the movie, I had all the proper paperwork, and did everything correctly.

So I take the clipboard and say that I'll fill it out during the movie and return it to her afterward, and won't escape to anywhere else. It seem that she isn't supposed to let me do this, but she trusts me and lets it go.
